By using Aphrodite you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Your gifts
You own what you write. You give us permission to store and show it so your gift works. Sending a gift requires a pass, with the limits and link expiry shown when you buy. After a link expires, the gift is deleted. Don't use Aphrodite to send anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share.
Purchases
Prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by PayMongo or PayPal. A purchase unlocks what it says at the time you buy it. Because a gift is delivered as soon as it unlocks, purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires or a payment was taken by mistake. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll make it right.
Your account
If you sign in, keep your account to yourself. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
The service
Aphrodite is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your gift links working, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time.
